March: Kruger Academy was great. Took clawhammer with Laura Boosinger, and enjoyed Lauren's and Robbie's company.

Had to put our cat Baby to sleep, cancer. We are back to four with the adoption of Molly in October; also Freddy, Angel (aka Fatima or Chubby) and little Elsie.

​

May: Trip to NW Ireland with Mick Moloney. Click here to see the photos of Ireland.. Ron went to Florida in February for a hamvention. I made a square dance outfit for the porch goose, next will be a ski outfit (with poles!)

 

Lauren, Robbie, Mikey and I went to the first Earl Scruggs festival in September. Click here to see those photos.

 

Quiet winter, it snowed only once. Spring bloomed beautifully, the azaleas, camellias, lilacs, wisteria, hydrangea, dogwood and other flowering trees were beautiful this year.

 

I now have four "new" old banjos, one a four string for Irish music, and one a beautiful clawhammer!
