Kruger Brothers Academy 2024

About

Lauren, Robbie and I first met the Kruger Brothers at a Kaufmann Kamp where they were teaching in 2009. I had never heard of them! In the first class, I asked Jens if he could teach us to say good morning in Swedish. And he said "I'm from Switzerland." Then he played something and I said "Did Mozart write that?" And he said "I wrote that." After that I shut up. It's been a wonderful journey. Living in North Carolina, I have seen them locally many times, and we went to see them when they were inducted into the National Banjo Museum in Oklahoma City and also for the premiere of "Crossroads Ogden" in Utah. We have been to several Kruger Academies, and several Carolina in the Fall and it's always magic.

Below please find some of the videos and photos from this amazing weekend.
